1. Introduction

By using the services of Skigyimes Hotel (hereinafter: Hotel), you (the Guest) accept the following General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: Terms). Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

2. Reservation and Accommodation

A reservation becomes valid only when it has been successfully recorded in the hotel s system and the guest receives a booking confirmation. Availability of accommodations may vary; therefore, we recommend making reservations as early as possible. The hotel reserves the right to modify or cancel reservations if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., exceptional situations).

3. Price and Payment

The prices shown at the time of booking include all taxes and fees, unless otherwise specified. A 40% advance payment is required upon booking, with the remaining balance to be paid at the end of the stay in cash or by bank card. In case of no-show, the advance payment is non-refundable.

4. Cancellation and Modifications

Reservations can be cancelled at least 48 hours before arrival without penalty. Failure to cancel or shortening the stay will result in the 40% advance being charged.

5. Hotel Rules

Smoking is not permitted in the hotel. Guests are responsible for the hotel’s property and equipment. Any damages must be compensated by the guest. The hotel reserves the right to restrict services if the guest disturbs the peace of others or fails to comply with the house rules.

6. Liability

The hotel is not responsible for guests’ personal belongings. Please use the in-room safe. The hotel reserves the right to take any legal or administrative action if the guest violates the house rules or local laws.

7. Final Provisions

The Hotel reserves the right to modify these General Terms and Conditions at any time. Modifications become effective once published on the hotel s website.
